Provide resources which can be onboarded at clients location. Team shall have basic awareness of the IT systems and softwares and we are expecting clients to provide required software training / learning to ensure they get deployed for ground work.T


REPORTING
Provide reports of tickets, IT assets performance , overall status of systems.
